GreenBlast Wet Blast Technology is a highly adaptable, flexible, safe and compact
system that offers nearly low media consumptions,
incomparable handling ease, exceptional cost savings, and
substantial environmental protection.
This technique allows us the flexibility to accommodate changes in a surface that's being cleaned/blasted, adjusting at will, to go from heavy blasting to gentle cleaning as the surface dictates. It does not matter what surface, Wet Abrasive Blast technologies distinguish themselves by perfect results on operations of all kinds with higher performance rates achieved.

| Media consumption is controlled by “Differential Pressure Principle” and “Media Flow Orifice Size”. Estimated media consumption per m2 is between 8kgs to 12kgs. Higher for heavily corroded surfaces. |

Wet Abrasive System requires water coming for a tank or tap. Requires only 1 liters per m2 for wet blasting.

| Wet Abrasive System requires between 80 PSI and 100 PSI compressed air to perform the required surface preparation quality. |

Utilizing both air and water pressure at such a low output makes the working environment safe. The blasters can maneuver and handle the low pressure gun with ease to reach every corner.

Wet Abrasive System blasting has the ability to feather edges of the existing coating and by sweeping across the good existing coating, it cleans and creates a mild profile.
